How to submit a claim studentcare

Pacific Cross mobile App
You can file health claims using the Pacific Blue Cross App or online here.
You will need to create a member login to file a health claim using the app or website. Dental claims must be submitted by mailing a form.
Travel claim
For Travel claims, you are required to call CanAssistance at 1-888-699-9333 (Canada and US)

The on-campus assistance centre is here to help with all claim-related issues. Located in room 3127 of the AMS Nest their office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
